Private One-on-One Healing Yoga - $75.00

This One on One Yoga class is for those who have always wanted to try yoga, but felt too shy or uncomfortable to join a group class. This private, one-on-one class allows you to try yoga at any age, and any level of fitness and flexibility. It is also perfect for those who want to tailor their yoga practice to address personal goals, including some Reiki or Coaching, perfect for injuries, mental chatter, and unique schedules. 




Yoga Tune Up® Flow - $20

Discover and heal your body's blind spots with Yoga Tune Up®. We'll use therapy balls to massage and lengthen overused, misused, and abused muscles. Develop a stronger foundation and alignment in poses by activating underused muscles through movement for better body awareness and control. You'll reduce pain, improve posture, and enhance performance.

Oncology Yoga - $20

This Yoga class is specifically geared for the different shape and center of gravity of pregnant women, and specially modified for the common aches and pains of pregnancy, keeping in mind the increased elasticity of the pregnant body. This intimate, small group class also provides space to connect and share experiences, challenges and joys during pregnancy. Minimum of 3 participants to hold the class.

Mindful Transitions with Meghan Smith - $40 per workshop or $125.00 for all 4

Back-To-School - Saturday, September 22nd at 10:30am - Back to school is an awesome time of year. Everything is new, even the season. Sometimes, the exciting changes can also bring feelings of anxiety and nervousness. Mindfulness can help with that! Join Meghan Smith, certified Mindful Meditation Teacher and high school English teacher for a workshop on how to navigate your transition back to school. Discover why change can feel tough, and learn a few skills that can be used anywhere, anytime to help you feel steady and grounded at home and at school. *Take a look at our Essential Oils workshop for Parents happening at the same time.

New Parents - Saturday, October 13th at 10:00am - Being a new parent is being filled with joy and love. It can also be a time of anxiety, apprehension, and feeling overwhelmed. Mindfulness can help with that. Join Meghan Smith, certified Mindful Meditation Teacher and mother of two for a workshop on how to navigate the transition to new parenthood whether it is your first child or fifth. Each new member brings change to the family. Learn a few skills that can be used anywhere and at any time to help you feel steady and grounded. Appropriate to all parents.

Caregivers - Saturday, November 3rd at 10:00am - Whether you are a professional caregiver or someone who is caring for an ill loved one or friend, this job asks a lot of you. Mindfulness can help navigate the feelings of love, sorrow, hope, and exhaustion that we may feel as we care for others. Join Meghan Smith, certified Mindful Meditation Teacher and for a workshop on navigating the changes that can occur over the course of care. This workshop will discuss the special kind of emotional labor you perform as a caregiver and how to replenish yourself.

Holidays - Saturday, November 17th at 10:00am - Holidays can be filled with joy, laughter, and togetherness. Sometimes, it can be exhausting to navigate all of the preparation and family time in addition to fulfilling our normal everyday obligations. Join Meghan Smith, certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, for a workshop on how to work through the burnout, anxiety and exhaustion that the holidays can bring. We will learn techniques for centered grounding that can be used to help us create space in a time that can feel crowded and overwhelming.



Evening Meditation with Meghan Smith - $15

Join us for a relaxing end to your busy day. Reconnect the body and mind to reduce stress and anxiety through breathing mindfully and giving attention to the body. These meditations will include directed breathing, body scanning, and accessing connection through compassion practices. 30 minutes.

Americans are more sedentary with desk jobs, long commutes, and an abundance of great television. Even if you are active, long bouts of sitting can have a detrimental affect. Learn about the science and ways that you can easily work to counter the chair.

Mindfulness Meditation Training

8 Week Series 

This Mindfulness Meditation program meets once a week over eight weeks for 60 minutes. Participants will engage in the basics of mindfulness starting with how attention to the body changes how we relate to it. We will move through thoughts, emotions, and how all of these components of experience are connected. Wear comfortable clothes and bring sneakers. We will sometimes meet outdoors.

Basics of Essential Oils

Basics of Essential Oils - Saturday, October 27th and November 24th at 11:00am - $25 - An informative and comprehensive class taught by our Essential Oils Advocate and Certified Holistic Health Coach, Annemarie Nagle. This hour long class offers an introduction to practically using Essential Oils in your home and for your well-being. Join Annemarie in this hands-on workshop, where you will learn how therapeutic grade essential oils can benefit your physical health, your emotional wellness and your home. Enjoy oil infused snacks and libations. You'll also get to take a little something home with you! You can learn to achieve the highest quality of health by choosing a non-toxic lifestyle for you and your family. Come learn about the Seed to Seal process of Young Living Oils, and learn how to select safe and effective essential oils.

Advanced Essential Oils - $35 per Workshop

Feelings - Wednesday, September 26th at 7:00pm - In this guided experience led by co-facilitators Annemarie Nagle and Sheila Peters we will use essential oils to help us release what does not serve us and create a strong foundation for joy in the midst of life’s ups and downs. Participants will receive guided meditation, journaling prompts and experience the Young Living Essential Oils Feelings Kit™. Bring water, a journal, pen, yoga mat and blanket/shawl and wear comfortable clothing. We'll be creating a sacred space to unwind and release and welcome joy into our world.

Come join Annemarie Nagle, an Essential Oils advocate & Holistic Health Coach at Life Gate Holistic Living Center for an evening of pampering! Infant Massage - $120 Per Session/Per Family

Session 1 - October 3rd, 10th, and 24th

Session 2 - November 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th

Our Infant Massage class is taught by Certified Educator of Infant Massage, Becky DaSilva-Conde, LMT, CEIM to the parent(s) or caregiver with their infant (up to one year of age). The purpose of infant massage is to learn to calm and soothe your baby through nurturing touch. Research shows that babies who are massaged regularly may sleep deeper and longer, spend more time active and alert for learning, have improved elimination, and increase their bonding and attachments to the parents/caregivers. There are so many more benefits for both you and your baby! The sessions are taught in either small group workshops or by private appointment.

If you would like to know more about Reiki, attend one of our open houses. You can watch a free demonstration and ask questions about Reiki classes or treatments. Anyone who attends the demonstration can schedule an introductory 30-minute treatment for $20. Please register for the demonstration on our schedule page.

Reiki 1 - Workshop - $250

Session 1 - November 17th and 18th, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Session 2 - December 8th and 9th, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Reiki is a beautiful, comforting way to care for self and others. Employing light touch, Reiki sessions bring universal energies into the body to gently balance the system and increase vitality. Our classes are taught in a traditional and thorough Reiki style. Reiki 1 includes self-treatment, treating other people, and treating animals and plants. It is taught over two full days with plenty of hands-on practice.

Reiki 1 - Support Group - $200

The Reiki support group is an option for graduates of our Reiki 1 classes. Over the course of 4 Saturday afternoons, participants practice Reiki 1 skills and receive support for ongoing treatment of self and others. This group is highly recommended for fully incorporating the benefits of Reiki into daily life.

Reiki 2 - Workshop - $500

Our traditional Reiki style is almost unique in that Reiki 2 includes complete procedures for increasing energy transmission, for distant treatment, and for mental and emotional treatment. Our distant procedures allow specific and effective treatment of people and animals, regardless of their location. Our mental and emotional techniques allow sending a targeted positive message to a recipient in order to replace destructive thoughts and encourage habit change. Reiki 2 techniques can be used on others and on oneself and are important tools for better health and personal growth. Reiki 2 is taught in one evening and two full days.

Community Energy Healing Group Sessions - 90 minute sessions - $50

Our community energy sessions combine elements of Reiki, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and Eden Energy Medicine. Participants benefit from the strong energetic field generated by groups with a healing purpose, and are also given the individual attention necessary for a targeted treatment. These sessions are excellent for relaxation and health maintenance, and can also provide complementary care for various conditions.

Acupressure for Common Ailments

Join us to learn how to locate and press points on the body to treat common ailments, including indigestion and nausea, headache and migraine, difficulty falling asleep, sore throat and more! Learn the basics of why acupressure works, and how you can utilize acupressure at home.

Chakras - $35

Chakras are energy processing vortexes. They carry energy into the body and also outwards away from the body. Chakras contain information about emotions, life experiences, and energetic memories. Using the seven primary chakras, this class will explore each chakra's theme, basic purpose, color, and shape.
